A Collaborative Approach to Healing
We're here to support your journey toward healing and self-discovery through a trauma-informed lens. Our team of compassionate psychologists are dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming space to help you thrive. We strive for cultural humility, knowing that you are the expert on your experience.
As mental health providers, we understand the importance of recognizing our own role in privilege and discrimination. We use Pamela Hays' ADDRESSING Model and Brofenbrenner's Ecological Systems Theory to resist over-pathologizing behavior that has been adapted to survive mistreatment. We are committed to listening and learning from you, through mutual respect, and we remain accountable for challenging biases and providing care that is truly trauma-informed and affirming.

About me: "I always dreamed of becoming a psychologist and helping to make a difference in the lives of others. I am honored to be a trusted member of the mental health community and layer my professional expertise with system-level awareness, lived experience of neurodivergence, and passion for social justice. As a parent, I understand how challenging it can be navigating the school system and advocating for educational rights, and I have done so for my own daughter. I consider clinical frameworks and practical strategies that work, which leads to real, actionable change. My goal is to offer clarity, reduce stigma, and meet others with compassion."
