Insurance:

Dr. Peterson accepts a range of insurance plans and will submit claims on your behalf. Each plan is unique, with some still requiring an out-of-pocket expense (i.e. deductible, co-insurance, and/or copay). She is paneled with the following plans:

If your insurance plan is not listed, Dr. Peterson can provide a "superbill", which is like a receipt that you submit to your insurance company after paying out of pocket. Each insurance company is different, but many will reimburse a portion of the expense. 

Out of pocket rate: 

Initial intake: $250

53+ minutes of therapy: $200

38-52 minutes of therapy: $175

16-37 minutes of therapy: $150

1 hour of testing, data interpretation, and/or report writing: $200
